from Adams Installations but provides a smaller bespoke
building contracting service in the Gloucestershire region.
About
Fully qualified carpenter Stewart Adams joined forces with Gareth Adams
in February 2007 to form Adams Installations
Limited.
Starting
out with a team of four installers, Adams Installations
has continued to expand nationally and Adams Construction has been founded
to respond to the need in the local market for reliable, honest and competent
construction team

These are just some of the projects that Adams Construction
have completed:
Conversion - Lansdown
Before
A Grade II Listed Coach House in derelict condition. Amending
the existing Planning and Listed applications to enhance the
build quality. Obtaining Building Control Approval. Partial
rebuild, including new roof structure, and total refurbishment
to create two apartments, fully insulated, sound and fire proofed
to meet modern standards.

After
Completed project handed over to client for sale. Excellent results achieved on both thermal and sound insulation tests for Building Regulations. Two local estate agents valued above original projected re-sale costs and commented on excellent build quality.
Private
Residence - Churchdown
Before
An integral double garage at a detached
property already with the benefit of Architects plans for conversion
to Kitchen & Utility
rooms. The client had already received two builders’ quotations
which significantly exceeded their budget.

After
Adams
Construction completed the Building Regulation Notice and liaised
with the client/ Local Authority throughout the works through
to successful completion. Adams Construction worked with the
client to reduce the overall spend to bring the scheme into
budget without compromising the space. Repositioning the stairs,
existing kitchen and snug and completing partial re-wiring,
decoration, and assisting the client with the detailed kitchen
design. New windows and doors were also installed.

Private Residence - Upton-St-Leonards
Before
Existing shell. Adams Construction
completed the detailed design enabling the client to keep to a
specified budget. Carrying out full service installations,
new walls to form utility room, new support lintels, flooring
and rectification of damp.
